Know return policy clearly:(
The purse is lovely, but I made mistake of having it monogrammed and called company next morning hoping to change my order, and was told by the representative that the order could not be changed , but when I receive purse that I can return it for full refund. I questioned him several times about that since it was monogrammed and he stated each time that it would not be a problem to return it.
When I received purse it said on re kept no returns due to monogram. The monogram is too large and looks tacky, and worse it is a gift I’m now embarrassed to give .
