Disappointed
I just received the bag. It's beautiful. I like the leather and style. But I was quite disappointed with the size. The depth which was supposed to be 2.75" was barely 2.25". The width was almost but not quite 11" and the height which was supposed to be 7.5" was barely 7". A half inch may not be much but it spells the difference between being able to fit my eyeglass case, and whether I can store my phone upright to save space or sideways. And what is going on with the packaging? I can deal with not including a dust bag since I can buy that from you, but sending it in a bubble envelope without enough air pillows inside the bag to prevent it from being deformed is just sad.
