I have received many different Michael Kors products with no issues so when I received this product I put my stuff in it and took it right out shopping with me. When I went to pay I could not even pull the cards out of the slots. There were only a few cards in the wallet so it wasn't overstuffed at all. When I communicated with customer service they informed me that it was too bad without the tag they could not/would not do anything. I have never had an issue with this brand before so I was extremely disappointed that they did not stand behind their product. When I asked them about the warranty I was informed that it was not considered that even though they slots were sewed too tightly for the cards. Extremely disappointed. No more of this brand for me.
