Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality awful customer service!! In only 3 months the straps started freighing. I made mutiple attempts with customer service to have the issues addressed with no luck. My on line chat would get dropped, would never receive email with case # and instructions, calls were never followed through on. I ended up with a case number and was told I would have to return for repair once I received instructions which I am still wiring on 6 months later. Finally gave up. There customer service has a poor rating. Will never purchase a MK product again.
