Color not a match to picture!
While I like the shape and style of the bag, the color was the main reason for my purchase. I had been looking for a burgundy/maroon bag as this was portrayed in the picture, but it was more purplish/wine in person. The price was a great value, though and the quality of MK products is why I have many bags!

Just about perfect
Purchased this bag in brown. Simple but beautiful, rich color, shape and hang tag. Love the smooth leather. I needed a bigger tote purse, so i had to use a travel bag as my purse. Could not find any good options with Coach ( my typical handbag brand). Michael Kors fit the bill. The bag offers a large interior zippered pocket, more then sufficient for those frequently used items. The only drawback is that there is no exterior zippered pocket, nor are there any slip pockets in the inside of the bag. I was used to those additional features, and wish the Jet Set Travel bag offered those. Overall, very happy and will be back again!

Oxblood Color is Defective
I love this bag and I own it in 5 different colors. It's very durable and stylish. Perfect for work. That being said, the oxblood color is not as burgundy as shown in the pictures online. Also, the oxblood colored tote is the only large Jet Set Saffiano Tote that I own that does not have the 2 inner pockets (usually located on the opposite side of the interior pocket with the zipper). Due to the fact that I got it on sale, I'll keep it, but this certainly isn't the vibrant-colored maroon bag that was depicted online. Find another fall bag ladies..... this color is disappointing. The bright red and pale blue Jet Set Saffiano bags are gorgeous though. Please don't hesitate to grab one of those when they go on sale.
P.S- If you pay more than $100 for this bag, you're crazy. It's a great bag, but it's definitely not worth the $450 original price tag.

Poor purse
I've had this purse for two years I still use it as my daily. The material stays clean and has been dragged through dirt and stayed perfect. My only complaint was the handles. They shredded really bad after 1 yr use. I keep cutting away at the shreds so people cant see but I was pretty upset with the quality. The color of this purse is my favorite brown, it goes with everything. Carrying this purse was easy and a breeze with my commute to work. My only complaint was the handles!

Beautiful color bag, lots of room.
This is a great size bag. The leather is great quality and I like a top zipper as this bag has. I think my only real complaint would be no feet on the bottom, but the price was right.

Great purse, bad customer service!
Bag looks great on the outside but the inside stitching is not correct. On of the corners of the inside lining isn't sewn in straight at all and is very loose. Called for warranty and was told I could send it back for a refund and order another one. Contacted via email and was told the same, or I could keep the damaged bag for a partial refund of 10%. They refused to repair or exchange the bag.
