I am very disappointed with the online service.
This was my first time ordering online to get the bags from my wish list-one for myself and one for my daughter, as it was her favorite item. It has been more than 10 days, and I received two emails saying the order would be delivered the next day. After waiting, the status suddenly changed to "preparing for shipping," with further delays.
I was really excited to take these bags on my upcoming vacation, but now it's extremely frustrating because there's no time left to buy them elsewhere, and the item is showing as out of stock. When I contacted customer service, the only solution offered was a refund.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing online shopping experience, and I would not recommend shopping here in the future.
