Terrible quality, worse customer service.
Absolutely disappointed with this bag, the quality was just straight up awful, after a month of having the bag the handle began to peel off, the customer service was worse, tried to get it replaced, called, was told
to email, sent 2 different emails, never got an answer, my warranty is about to end, so i’m
stuck with this awful
purse since they don’t answer me.

Beautiful and functional bag!
I have this model in three different colors. The bag is spacious and very functional for women like me that carry a lot of stuff in my purse for work. I like the design, it is a beautiful bag. I definitely recommend this bag.
