very nice but uncomfortable
They are beautiful, but it is very complicated to put on the shoes to enter, I end up mistreating the shoe, it hurts too much and when I finally manage to fit the shoe in, there is enough space in it, that is, the shoe doesn't fit at all, it is already mistreated :(

Stylish but uncomfortable
The Jilly Faux Pebbled Leather Ankle Boot from Michael Kors boasts a sleek and minimal design that initially caught my eye. However, upon wearing them, I found that the leather was uncomfortably stiff, causing pain and making it nearly impossible to wear them for extended periods. Despite the stylish appearance and the renowned Michael Kors signature hardware, the boot's lack of comfort detracts significantly from its overall appeal.
I had high hopes for these boots, given their versatile and fashionable design, which seemed perfect for various occasions. Unfortunately, the rigid faux pebbled leather material doesn't allow for a pleasant wearing experience. Even the functional zip fastening and stacked heel couldn't compensate for the discomfort caused by the stiff leather.
Considering the reputation of the Michael Kors brand and the boot's potential as a staple piece in any wardrobe, it's disappointing that the Jilly Faux Pebbled Leather Ankle Boot falls short in terms of comfort. If improvements could be made to address the stiffness of the leather and enhance the overall comfort level, this boot would undoubtedly become a must-have item for fashion enthusiasts.

Look before you try on
I read several reviews saying the heel was a little tight and had to be broken in, so I was prepared to wiggle my foot into the boot. When I put my foot into the boot I felt a sharp pain in my heel. A tiny nail was left in the back heel of the boot and cut my heel.i sent emails to customer service with no reply before writing this review. Hopefully this was a rare incident but to a diabetic a open wound on the foot can come with complications so just be mindful when trying on.
