Dirty, damaged shoes.
Shoes came super dirty and kinda sticky. Had to scrub them clean with cleaner. Also came damaged and prescuffed. After cleaning the shoe, only the scuff remained. My wife decided it wasn't worth sending g them back and dealing with return processes so she kept then. I'm disappointed in such a renowned company. I expect better quality than dirty, damaged shoes.

The boots look quality, but the top lip of the boot cuts into your Cali and now I have to cut marks in my calves. I’m sending them back.
