If you aren't extremely tall and thin, stay far away for the Kyle Leather Lace-Up Boot
The boots look cute in the photos but unless you are very tall and thin do not purchase them. The window for returns is very small and the weather wasn't conducive for the boots until now. I'm 4'9" and thin and these boots make me look ridiculous. The live chat isn't available (even during their business hours) and the phone disconnects you after a brief hold. I just wanted to swap them for a shoe that would look decent on me. Now they are destine for the trash. I won't purchase anything from this site again.
