Not true color
Although the shoes are cute, they are not the "mulberry" color that I was expecting but were instead a very light "pinkish red". Then to top it off, they arrived and have obviously been worn by someone else. Bottom of the sole was dirty but also had toe imprints from someone wearing them! I kept them because to attempt to return them I went through speaking to 3 different people and became so frustrated that I gave up! It seems to me that customer service would have been appalled that I was telling them my brand new shows have been worn by someone else. They wanted me to take a picture and send it to them to "prove" what I was saying and after they seen the picture they would get back in touch with me.
