Lost shipment / Language barrier customer service
Evidently the wallet has been lost and there are no more to replace it with. When calling customer service the person was professional and attempted to be helpful, but the language barrier delayed the exchange significantly. I understand not everyone’s first language is English but I was on the phone in excess of 30 minutes before receiving the disappointing results. It is now 2 weeks till Christmas and I have to now look for another gift.
