Paint chipped off on arrival
I love this color. My favorite color green. But it’s as if it was spray-painted over rigid leather. So first of all it came with chips in the paint. Literal chips. And then when I went to open it, and bent the lid back, it looked like it was going to crack. I sent it back. Such a shame.

Arrived With Defects
This bag is beautiful and the perfect size; however mine unfortunately arrived with defects. Although the bag was packaged very carefully for shipping, there were deep and very noticeable scratches in the hardware as well as strange shiny marks on the matte leather (possibly adhesive?) I'm not sure if this was a store display or customer return but I'm very disappointed and will be returning :(
