They sent me the wrong one and when I asked for a replacement, they were trying to force me to buy the replacement FIRST, then I’d be refunded despite that I sent proof that they sent me the wrong item. Imagine having to pay for TWO purses because MK messed up your order. Thank god I didn’t! Because I returned the item on 12/19 and I am STILL waiting for a refund on 1/2/25. Crazy! Nothing guaranteed me that they wouldn’t send me the wrong purse AGAIN. My moms Christmas present was ruined because of them.
