Customer service was unhelpful. I Never received the item.
I never received the item. It was obviously lost in transit but the customer service agent didnt want to escalate and want me to wait for a month.

Cute little bag for the fall! I prefer a small bag so I like the size but I do wish it had an exterior back pocket for the phone.

Cute color and cool
I absolutely love this bag and the way it shapes and how it crosses over your body perfectly. It’s just an awesome bag. There’s a pocket so you can put your cell phone in it or your keys something that you need to access fast. It’s a totally cool bag.
