Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible!! Bought this bag in the black color!! Received the bag without a dust bag and with a wrong strap (a different strap than shows on the website). Costumer care really don't care and their excuse is "covid-19". First and last time I'm placing an online order from this company (or buying from MK ever again)!!! Call themselves a premium brand yet they mix and match between items and don’t even care!!! Be aware!!
