Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can not make changes When I ordered the watch I made an engraving. I spent the money I saved to get the watch and I was really excited. The next day I needed to make a change to the engraving for personal reasons and it was impossible to change. For the money we pay you would think it can be done before they started the engraving. When I received the watch it was beautiful. Except the engraving that I needed it to be changed. I am now in a constant reminder of my error on the watch. The watch is great but the engraving is what puts it off. Not happy nothing could be done, I even requested to not put the engraving and that couldn’t be done.
