Wrong color : Gray (Not White) in Person
The color on the website does not represent the actual color of this shoe - this is more Grayish than a Pure white. I have to return. In addition, my experience with the return is something that will not make me purchase another MK item. I went to the store to return but since I paid thru Paypal - they will not accept an in person return. However, when I processed the return online - the in store return took knowing that I paid via Paypal. That is a total disappointment. Fix your system Michael Kors if you want to keep your customers. We are in a digital world- your system should be able to process a return via Paypal.

ugly. ick
ordered an 8m fits like 10. nooooo noooo n noooooooooo. also looks huge n ugly on my feet. quality control needed. also showed where parts were glued together. kors put his name n this??? deffective looking . also came worn. Macy's need better quality control on merchandise. I'm losing hope.
