Purchased these boots about 1 month ago. I loved then On first wear, one of the gold hooks popped out. I called customer service and was told to send an email. I sent the email. It's over a week and i have not received a response. I reforwarded the email, but nothing.

Super comfy
Love these boots! Biggest Criticism is that the boots are high and tend to chafe on my shins and the laces often undo from the top notches, but otherwise super comfortable. Can wear these for hours and my feet don’t hurt.
