Waiting to hear!
This is a lovely shoe and fits well in my regular size 10. I gave it such a low rating, because inside each shoe is a strange piece of crumpled leather. As soon as I received the shoes, I contacted customer service. They told me to take a picture and where to send it. So far, I have heard nothing back and I am reluctant to wear the shoes.

Great shoes. Very comfortable.
I rarely review items unless they're outstanding or terrible, and these shoes are outstanding. They're real leather uppers and they fit comfortably with having to break them in. They run a little large, which I appreciate since I have wide feet. They are great for walking and don't give me blisters right out of the box. I've bought them in 2 colors and want to buy more!
