Buyer Beware! Surprise Feature!The shoe design and style in general is great. These are also very comfortable. However… buyer beware that the photo on the sight is misleading and not representative of the actual shoe. I ordered the navy blue thinking they were navy/white all over and the tab on the back is bright red. Completely shocked as it appears the same color of the shoe online. Wish I could add a photo to this review. I am also unable to return them!! Why would I want a shoe with a bright red strip sticking up in the back??? Now I know why they are listed as “Final Sale” First time purchasing online from MK and truly disappointed about this. I feel scammed.

Poor serviceI purchased this item not once but twice and each time they came made wrong. I ordered them in the navy and each time they came with a red stripe up the back instead of a navy strip. Customer service tried to help but I never got an answer why or when I could get a all navy pair they don’t even suppose to have the red strip I kept the 1st pair and now I am returning the second pair. They offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase I declined that was a joke. I have been trying to get results for almost a month and still didn’t get one. Michael Kors your slipping!

Happy with my orderLove these they look super cute on my feet and they are super comfortable. They also give you a little height. If your short and don’t feel like wearing heels I would definitely recommend these.
