Worst service ever
I bought two watches as a wedding gift. The website was mentionning that the items will be delivered within 3-5 days. One of the watches was sent but the other one not. When I called, Kym told me that the second watch is back order and I have to wait weeks to get it. I explained that I needed both watches on time as it was for a wedding gift. I also explained that when I ordered on the website, it was not saying that that item is unavailable or back order. If not, I would have chosen a different one. I asked if it is possible to cancel the order or modify it as I wanted to order an item that is currently available. They didn't give me any of those options. He told me that he can't cancel or modify the order and I have to wait to receive the watch, he doesn't know when. So i am extremely disappointed with the service. I wasn't given any options and they showed no understanding at all. If an item is unavailable, just don't sell it on your website or inform the client that he needs to wait weeks to get it after paying. I asked to speak to the manager, waited more than 25 minutes and no one answered. Very unhappy with the service...
