Rated 1 out of 5 by from BEAUTIFUL however BEWARE! Watch is beautiful and everything but doesn’t work. The best they could offer me was to return it. However it was a birthday gift and the person sadly after trying everything reached out to thank me but let me know that it wasn’t working. So I tried my best to get an exchange, however because the tags and etc are no longer intact with the item they cannot give me an exchange or refund. However I was emailed a return label, in hopes of maybe they will exchange it or except the return as a refund. However I was told it’s unlikely but possible. I give the representative 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, for at least going out of her way to talk to someone for me after realizing it was a gift and that was there best offer. So for that Thank You. Other than that…It’s Beautiful in person and He still loves it and wants to wear it. So we will see what will happen 🤞🤞.
