Very nice watch
The watch is very nice looking. More of a statement piece than a functional watch. I bought 2, one for my boyfriend and one for my father. My father has a difficult time seeing the watch face due to the black on black. Could use a bit more contrast. My boyfriend can read it if I’m good lighting. Overall look is great but functionality just is not practical I fear.

Horrible Customer Service
I received the watch broken. Contacted the customer service on via the "chat now" option on their website and was continuously disconnected. I contacted them by phone and was also disconnected, once I was able to speak with someone, they told me my order number did not exist. I feel like no one wanted to help me fix my issue due to it being personalized and not wanting to replace it. 10/10 do not recommend and most likely will not purchase another MK product due to their lack of willingness to help their customers.
