Rated 1 out of 5 by Realtor from Unsatisfied I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. i purchased a watch for my daughter christmas and was unable to return due to holiday and weather. Michael Kors refuses to replace the watch with another one due to over 30 days. I was not aware of the 30 days, normally with holidays it is at least 60 days. I would not do business with them again. I would NOT recommend to family or friends. Very unhappy!!!!
