I noticed a review complaining about the pins and scratching while resizing. You must use the appropriate tool found in a watch repair kit. I resized mine and it looks fabulous!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jeanene from Michael Kors watch I love the look of this watch. There is one big problem. In person, it is impossible to actually see the time. The hands and the background are so dark/black with no contrast between the two that it is ineffective as a watch. I had to return it.
