Disappointing!
I am very disappointed and upset with the packaging. I genuinely did not expect this. I have heard a lot about the MK brand, and this was my first time purchasing a watch for my sister, but I am not happy at all. There was no sealed packaging or wrapping, and it feels like the item may have been returned or previously used.
Additionally, the box was pressed from one corner, which made the product look even more unacceptable. I feel embarrassed giving a present like this to my sister.
Is there an issue with MK’s quality control or customer service? This experience has really been disappointing.

Disappointing!
I brought this watch as a gift for my aunt. I paid about $408 something in total including gift wrapping for this, but when I received it, I was so disappointed. First of all, this watch does not worth $400 at all. I am not too sure what is wrong with this brand these days; the quality is not the same anymore. The watch looks tarnished as if has been worn out for a while and looks cheap material, almost like $20-40 warm art watch I am not even kidding. Had to return it. Don’t buy it if you are looking for a good quality watch that actually worth your money.
