Came broken the posts were snapped off during transit was very upset they’re cute but seems to be poor quality material if the snapped that easily considering they were packaged with protective plastic with bubble wrap and still came broken

DISAPPOINTED
The earrings are beautiful, but the biggest disappointed is that one of them the back came broken because of very poor packaging.
Call customer service right away and the young man told me that i could return it in the store. Went to the store to do the return, onky to find out that they can't accept it back into the store. Had to get labeling and sent it back vua UPS.
I am so very unhappy with the running around. Apart from that a very elegant earring.
