Never received purchase.
Never received the ring. It was not delivered to me in Florida and according to your customer service department it was returned to you by UPS. Was told a refund was being processed for the purchase and that I would have to go online and purchase another one. I attempted to do so, however the size I needed was/is not available. Disappointing.
