Rated 1 out of 5 by from BROKEN NECKLACE CLASP ON DAY 1-POOR QUALITY! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought the MICHAEL KORS Rose Gold-Tone Plated Pave' Heart Necklace for me to wear over the holidays. I put it on for the first time yesterday on Christmas Day and the clasp literally broke off in my hand. I am so disappointed and frustrated over the poor quality of this necklace. I called MICHAEL KORS Customer Service and after getting transferred around 3 times I was informed by their warranty department that they would send me an email to complete then ship the necklace to their factory for repair. When I asked how long this would take to repair the Rep could only say that they "should" have a status update in 4 weeks! Not what I expected from a MICHAEL KORS product and company from a customer experience stand point.
