Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frayed on first use I was so excited to receive this bag as a gift. I love all the zippered compartments and partitions inside to help keep me organized. I took the bag on one trip and already the underside of the shoulder straps are horribly frayed, to a point where if I use it often, it may fray down to the foam. Very disappointed in the quality of this backpack for the price. I've been a MK girlie for decades but recently haven't bought much. The quality of the backpack is not going to help sway me to purchase more.

Has alot of pocket as well as alot of room. Thank you Michael kors for another great bag I can add to the collection. Will recommend
