loose clasp
I bought this bracelet because it was so cute! The clasp however easily comes a loose. I lost it because it popped open and fell off my wrist in the mall and I'm SUPER sad about it :(

Poor Quality
Purchased in October in the Tanger Mall in Daytona Florida area while on vacation to wear to my daughters wedding in December. I am very dissapointed as it matched my dress, shoes, and earrings perfectly until it popped off my arm 5 times before the wedding even started and I could not wear it any longer! The clasp closure feels tight and reliable until you wear it and rest your arm on anything and it releases! I bought it in store using the same email I use for the VIP rewards account but it's not showing in my orders list and had no way to return it to the store since I live in NY.

Do not recommend
I do not recommend buying this product, it’s made pretty cheap. I had this bracelet for maybe a month and a half wearing it off and on and within that short period of time the lock completely broke off. I then contacted the store about it and they wanted me to drive 2 hours out to them just so they could “inspect”
