Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hood is too puffy and big! I really wanted to keep this vest as I was looking for something in this color. Overall it is constructed nicely but it was just too overwhelming with the big puffy hood. I am 5'2" and typically find the XXS to fit the best. Sadly, this vest was never offered in the smallest size.
