Didn’t receive my order…I have not received my order. The postal service initially showed that the package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday, March 5, but then the status changed to “delayed,” and now it’s unclear where the package is. At the post office, they advised me to contact the sender.
On Friday, I reached out to your support team, but I was told that delivery could take up to 30 business days—this is nonsense and unacceptable, even for an international shipment. This is the first time I’ve had such an issue with your service, and it’s very disappointing.
