Worse material
Worse material used to make the belt it is was not leather at all not even 1% The edges was tore and it was worse ever. Just the name MK. I would never ever purchase anything from MK

The customer is horrible!!!
The customer is horrible!!! I have placed the order when the delivery date listed up to 7 days, so that I have enough time to receive it before I go out of the country. The order I placed are supposed to be the gift I take with me. Two days after I placed the order, the UPS tracking shows it will be way later then the original delivery date. The customer service tells me to contact UPS, and there's nothing else they can do. I requested to order another one to be expediated, but I have been told I will be charged with extra shipping fees! When I asked to talk to the manager, guess what, the manager is not available, and someone will call me within 24 to 48 hours, when I will be close getting to the airport. How ridiculous!! This is NOT the way you treat a loyal customer! And this is not the 1st time the order was delivered late - when I called last time to complain about the late delivery date, they just shrug the shoulder, like oh well. So please be aware, if you need assistance from the customer service, you will get NOTHING.
