Weak straps
Love the bag but the straps wore out in a year right as the warranty was wearing off so I wouldn't get another one of these. They need to make more durable straps

Beautiful Package
My husband bought this for me for mother's Day. We drove to Wilmington at Mayfair to purchase it because it was the only belk's that hadit in the store. I'm never had a backpack purse but I love this it is has so much room more than you think. It was prettier in person that it is online. And what a good deal.

Too heavy on shoulders
I got it thinking it would make it easy and much nicer to use instead of a diaper bag. I wanted to be able to carry stuff for my kids. However, putting anything besides a wallet in this makes it super heavy and hurts my shoulders. Maybe it’s just me but didn’t like that.
