Great features and soft cushion
I bought this item about a few weeks ago and let’s just say that they are very comfortable to wear. The cushion on the shoe is very soft how I like them because I’m flat footed.

Poorly made.
These sandals are made with cheap material. Ive never had a problem with your sandals. Ive only wore them once. This is by far the worst pair and I have at least 10 pair. They are beautiful just poorly made.
