Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought this kind of bag from MK outlet shop in Syracuse. The bags are literally stored in a bad care package in their storage area. I was convinced that the depressions on the leather would go away in a few days when gravity makes it heavy, but it’s been more than a week and those waves and depressions are still there. I totally was unsatisfied by the purchase and the quality of the bag, unfortunately. I spent over 100 for this bag:(
