I ordered this purse during the Black Friday sale and I NEVER received it. I reached out to customer service after the tracking hadn’t updated. Only the label was created. They informed me they were 95% sure it wasn’t going to ship out since it had been two weeks and told me I could get a refund bug when she went to reorder it was out of stock. I asked could I order a similar purse for the same sell price she said she could not do that all she could do was offer a refund. Asked to speak to a manager she became frustrated and told me again what she could do was refund me after I asked again for a manager she hung up. I had to call twice to get it resolved. Very upset because I ordered and paid for the purse I wanted and my payment cleared but I didn’t receive the purse I wanted.

Gorgeous Metallic Satchal!
The MK Sheila bag is stunning! The silver metallic stripe gives it extra shine. It has plenty of room and compartments for a medium size bag. I rated 4 stars rather than 5 only because it is a little stiff but I’m sure with more wear it will soften up a bit. I would definitely recommend this bag for an everyday carry.
