Top handle will rip off easily
I love Michael Kors bags, because I find them super durable. However, this one the top handle ripped off a week after I had gotten it as a present. I could see the disappointment in my boyfriend's face, because he was so excited to get this for me. I still love the bag, but I had to cut off the top handle to use it.

Spacious and comfortable.
Got my backpack today and overall I like it. It’s simple yet stylish, the padding on back makes it super comfortable and it’s spacious as well. The only issue I have found are the zippers. The main and the front pocket zippers, they seem kind of uncomfortable to unzip and zip up. I guess it the design up the bag and the location of zippers. I wish it would be easier to just talk see them.
