However, this one the top handle ripped off a week after I had gotten it as a present. I could see the disappointment in my boyfriend's face, because he was so excited to get this for me. I still love the bag, but I had to cut off the top handle to use it.

It’s simple yet stylish, the padding on back makes it super comfortable and it’s spacious as well. The only issue I have found are the zippers. The main and the front pocket zippers, they seem kind of uncomfortable to unzip and zip up. I guess it the design up the bag and the location of zippers. I wish it would be easier to just talk see them.

It completes the look. I bought a replacement online on a handmadE producT webSite. Yes it works okay but it's too bad that I had to pay extra for something that should've been included. It is 55 centimeters in case anyone also has this problem.

Easy to carry and the straps are well padded. I love that I could put my initials it for that personalized touch. I purchased it for travel ad a carry on bag and it's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for a great product definitely worth the money.
