Overall, the bag is cute, good size, navy color is correct, but the metal accents (zippers, chain, emblem) is silver, not gold as this picture. Also, the straps are color silver/gray. Overall online shopping experience is good. Shipping was fast and packaging was well done.

It holds all my purse stuff and is not too big or too small. Purple or Lavender is my favorite colors. I was happy to get this backpack on sale. The chain on the front of the bag is beautiful and not cheap.

How could anyone sending it out to a costumer. I called c service, she said sorry you can return or exchange..but no more optic white!! They should work with a lot higher standards, quality work. From now on I will order 2 of everything and return 1, so this will not happen again!
