beautiful bag, terrible design elements
It's almost impossible to open the bag because of the terrible lock. The chain is super heavy too. I'm so sad because I loved the color, the fabric, the size and the inside compartments. But I'm returning it as it's very impractical for daily use. I would purchase it if the chain was lightweight and had a completely different lock that's easy to open and close.
