Rated 3 out of 5 by from Shipping packaging needs re-evaluation Lovely Hat,. My hat arrived packaged in a soft bag instead of box so the hat shaping was messed up. I'll have to take it to a hatter to reshape it for me. Very disappointing after paying $145 for the hat and now I must pay more money to reshape it. Please ship the hat to your customers in a box.

I’m so glad I ordered, there’s so many things I can wear with it. Now I’m looking forward to going out in the sun with this hat.
