The box was completely open as if someone had opened it already, and the plastic bag which the purse was in was completely and utterly opened as well with no protective plastics or anything covering the metal nor the bag itself. The bag itself also had dents and creases all over it as if it had been used or been thrown around. Dissatisfied with how it was delivered and thrown in front of our house.
