I ordered the bag and it was on sale. The next day received an email stating that they do not have stock and would refund me- however when I ordered I checked and there was stock. I checked again and they changed the price and name of the bag slightly at a much higher price. I am extremely disappointed and have a distrust about how Michael Kors handled this situation and ruined my plan for a Christmas gift.

Designers - please read!
I love the look and feel of the purse. Two things I don’t like: the credit card slots are extremely tight and it’s difficult to put even one card in a slot. Additionally, while there is room for a cell phone, you really should add a bit more room for a car key fob. The exterior pocket really sticks out when used.
