The pure is BEAUTIFUL, but I'm very disappointed in the packaging.I brought this has a gift for my daughter ...It was mailed in a large envelope, no duster was in the bag..no care card..it just looked very bootleg....When I called customer service, they said I would have to return the bag and reorder it to receive it in a box and I would have to order a duster separate. Well I look on the website and I don't see any way to order a duster... Every year I order my daughter a MK for her BD, this is the first time I had a problem in the last four years...
