Exceed Expectations (and I have high expectations)
I spent awhile deciding which bag I wanted. I read reviews, compared prices, confirmed sizes. This bag is perfect. The size is accurately represented in the photos - which means I can carry it on my shoulder easily or by the handles without it skimming the ground. This bag is "classic with modern updates," and has nice magnetic pocket closures, and shiny gold hardware which I'm liking right now. I love the shape and how the handles continue in an a-line matching the lines of the bag. I bought black.

A perfect work tote
I bought this bag a few weeks ago because I needed a tote big enough to hold a 16-inch laptop (and its accessories), my wallet, and all the other random things I carry in my purse. I love it! It looks polished and professional. The position of the handles/straps near the ends of the bag helps make it feel lighter and more balanced than similar bags with straps that just come straight down from the shoulder to the middle of the bag. And it has so many useful pockets!!

Nice bag
Disappointed on the inside of the bag! Zipper compartment is very small! I ordered monogramming , did not get it!
