Well I haven't used this yet I will say I was very impressed with the quality and it is definitely one classy bag. The only Improvement I could see on this particular bag is I would like to have had the piece that of the chain that goes from the top of the purse itself from Hook to hook with a chain goes through I would like that to have been an additional leather peas so that when you are not wearing a crossbody and you want to wear it short or shoulder you would be holding two leather handles instead of a chain in a leather
