Flips up your heel as if the boots too large.
Cute boot. It slips up on your heel when walking which is causing me to return the boot.

Hard to Get On!!!!!
Love the look of the boot but it’s soooo hard to get on & off by the way the stitching is around the ankle part of the boot.

So soft!!!
These are the softest boots ever!! Definitely true to size but maybe size up if you plan on wearing thick socks. Haven’t been able to wear them in cold weather yet as I’m still waiting on that weather but I can only imagine how warm they’re going to keep my feet! The only thing I’m not super fond of is that they don’t hold their shape well where the sole meets the fabric due to the fabric. If you’re somebody that needs support on your instep or ankle, you definitely won’t get that from these.
